Shipping InformationOnce an order is placed and your payment has cleared we begin to process your order. This is usually done in about 24hrs. Then the order is sent to our 66,000 sq.ft. warehouse to be pulled from our large inventory. We then crate your sauna and then labeled for shipping. Once all of this is done your sauna is ready to be picked up and it begins its journey to you! Our customers normally can receive their saunas, depending on their location, within 3-7 business days.
We ship out your sauna using a freight company. They will pick up your sauna from our warehouse and transport it to your location. We can provided you with a tracking number for your sauna once it has been picked up from our location and let you know what freight company is transporting it. Once the sauna arrives in your area, the freight company will contact you to set up a delivery appointment. You will make all the arrangements for delivery with them; remember that we only offer curbside delivery. This means they are only obligated to deliver it at the end of your driveway. We do offer free lift gate where they will unload it from their truck for you.
The saunas come in two (2) boxes or (3) three boxes, depending on the sauna, that are carefully crated and palletized. The different size saunas range in shipping weight.
